The flexographic printing process (commonly called flexo) is a direct rotary printing method that uses relief matrix plates made of rubber or of photopolymer materials, called clichè. In recent years it has developed remarkable evolution thus entering the industry of roll to roll label, packaging and high-quality paper.
The graphic art market is increasingly requiring this technology, both for the printing quality and for the execution speed in all its wide application possibilities that can vary from varnishing to adhesive applications and from the process color prints to metallic effect.
